The garden in question looks like a small forest trapped in the city just a few meters from the Ecuador Park, one of the most green and important areas of the city. Thanks to the diagonal path that crosses this green area, this space is mainly a transit area especially for students and teachers
Continuous circular bench. Enhancement and renovation of a botanical garden
"Infinity Bench" is an installation by Azocar Catron Arquitectos designed for the Alejandro Merino Botanical Garden, near the Enrique Molina Garmendia School in Concepción, southern Chile with the aim of enhancing this space
The garden has a rectangular shape of 22x47 meters, with 60 trees randomly arranged. In order to enhance the green space, a continuous circular bench in red color of about 14 meters of diameter is proposed, the result of a repetition of 67 wooden modules and is separated only by an existing path
