Infinity Park is located on a closed property between the quiet Zaimov Park and the dynamic Blvd. General Danail Nikolaev. The specificity of the property and the proximity to the park are the basis for the architectural concept of the building designed by studio STARH: a modern residential building with clean geometric forms, where the design of each of the facades is a function of the environment it faces. In this way, the building has not one back but two faces

The living spaces are located on the south facade and are glazed along their entire length thus achieving the "infinite" effect of the view of the park and mountains. On the other hand, the north facade, which faces the avenue, is totally solid and plastic-free in order to ensure maximum acoustic comfort. The ascetic line of the north façade is delicately embellished with large aluminum composite panels with a pixel pattern, measuring up to 7 meters in different shades of aluminum gray
The building is technologically equipped with smart modern solutions. The building's energy efficiency was achieved by the Schüco AWS/ADS 70.HI façade system with high-quality Guardian Sunguard SN 70/37 double glazing. The entire façade envelope is installed with great precision by TAL Engineering. The suspended, high-tech ventilated façade of Larcore panels covers the entire building and cooperates with the second main façade material, glass
Infinity Park harmonizes with the neighboring existing building, working together in a common range of morphology and materials. The choice of aluminum and glass allows for a contemporary design with purity of form, extreme precision of execution with maximum durability
