In Mexico City, at 553 Insurgentes Sur Avenue, a tower with an excellent location and an attractive and innovative design houses the offices of BanCoppel. The glass facades and open plants of the building allow for designing the offices with maximum freedom and natural lighting
Among the various interior design projects of the Mexican studio Work+, the one for the BanCoppel offices is based on innovation and transparency, as well as on promoting communication between company leaders and work teams. In terms of design, this translates into placing private offices against the perimeter walls, separated from the central open space area by transparent walls that allow light and views to pass freely
Informal meeting spaces stand out within the open space, encouraging social interaction; the private offices instead enjoy a spectacular view towards the outside. In order to create the optimal layout for the BanCoppel offices, designers had to respect the axes and shape of the building
Access to offices and common areas is provided with ramps to facilitate circulation for everyone. The false ceiling has been installed to ensure maximum height possible; a system of ceiling lights for direct lighting has been suspended from it. In closed offices, acoustic false ceilings have been designed to integrate with the furniture and space
Some architectural elements and wall coverings have been designed with wood-like finishes; strategically positioned, along with the floor texture, they ensure that the design flows with the user subtly marking the distribution flows and work areas
