Meor, a development company that promotes the real estate sector, commercial and industrial projects, commissions the USOarquitectura studio for the design of the new offices with which they want to give a new image and adequate spaces to receive clients. For this purpose, a surface area of 376 square meters on the ground floor of a business building in the Lomas de Chapultepec neighborhood is chosen
The architects, experts in office projects, have created a space composed of three main areas: an open space operational area, the general management space with two meeting rooms, and a formal area with a lounge space. A large terrace wraps around two sides of the building, allowing for a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. The outdoor furniture design promotes the use of this space for meetings both with teams and clients
The definition of the interior spaces is achieved through the use of furnishings and transparent partitions characterized by dark gray frames and a design that blends industrial and domestic elements. The floor is treated with vinyl wood-effect flooring, which, along with the neutral-toned palette of blacks and grays, and the language of simple and friendly design, gives the feeling of being at home
