The renovation work carried out did not involve demolition or remodelling of the spaces, so as not to affect the delicate static balances of the building
The work focused on the reinterpretation of the spaces of a 1960s apartment with a contemporary touch
The rooms are arranged around the entrance hall, in which there is a large glass opening that illuminates the bathroom. This space becomes the interior of an entirely white and silent cube in which the perception of the space itself varies according to the opening or closing of the doors
The kitchen is divided into dining and cooking areas. This separation is also demarcated by the change of flooring, from wood to white resin. The living room is designed as an intimate space for relaxation where the lighting creates a soft light that is concentrated in some points
The bathroom has been completely rebuilt, using white resin surfaces, wooden panels and a blue furnishing element in the shower area. The choice of material and colour palettes is intended to make a bathroom without windows bright
The dp Architetti studio focuses on the furnishings, creating some of them personally, such as the dining table and the entrance area furniture
