Since the site is close to a very busy place, it had to accommodate a design that would shield noise and provide direct views. Therefore, the wall of the north façade, which faces a room is built with noise-resistant stone tiles with the introduction of a few ventilation slots

In general, the living space appears to be rather closed compared to the outside: the perimeter walls have only small openings while all the rooms face the central inner courtyard, where you can feel fresh air as well as being in contact with nature
Thanks to the large windows open to the terrace, the house enjoys sufficient daylight and internal ventilation, while avoiding noise and direct view to the outside. On the ceiling of the interior space are red cedar planks which create a spacious and warm feeling
