KAMPUS, the new neighborhood located in the former campus of Manchester Metropolitan University, is a game of pixels: red bricks, alternating openings, accentuated make the facades of the buildings the undisputed protagonists of the project
At the horizontal level, the buildings are divided into three elements: a podium with metal cladding and dark profile, a section with rough-textured red brick, and a roof also clad in profiled metal. The ground floor podium creates a defined edge from the street
