The carefully placed openings are framing glimpses of the surrounding bush and of the town in the distance. The parents' spaces are located in the north wing, the children's spaces in the west, and the common spaces are connected to the center
A comfortable and sustainable environment is ensured by the passive strategies used, such as a high-performance thermal envelope, a low ratio of opaque to transparent surfaces, in addition to natural lighting and ventilation, coupled with the use of roof-mounted photovoltaic cells and the collection and reuse of rainwater
