The house has a kitchen, living room and dining room in a lower volume, while a second higher volume, two floors high, contains the bedrooms and bathrooms. In this way, the lower level serves as a host space for family members, while the spaces on the upper floors are private spaces

A connecting bridge joins the two volumes, arranged in a staggered way to ensure the entry of natural light and the sea view from the bedroom located on the top floor. The house is entirely built of wood, except for the foundations

There are several woods used in this project: the most resistant species are combined for the structural parts and for the parts that are most in contact with the exterior. For the interior cladding, on the other hand, softer types of wood are used

On the exterior, you can see vertical strips of solid wood on the facade of the building, which helps the structure to ensure the rigidity of the outer cladding, dyed pine oil. The external design language eludes the constructive modulation of the house
