Constructed with passive house principles, the immense Pool House features 18-foot-high windows with triple-glazing constructed along the west side of the pool to maximize sunlight. Entry from the underground passageway also provides an airtight seal that creates a pleasant indoor temperature year-round, while ventilation from the ceiling prevents glass from fogging
Four pillars made of tree trunks are positioned along the length of the pool affirming the naturalistic look of the structure, while a white birch "boiserie" covers the walls. A wallpaper with leafy patterns amplifies the feeling of a tropical retreat
