Infinity pool for a luxurious residence in Los Angeles

In the prestigious neighborhood of West Hollywood, nestled in the hills of Los Angeles, there is a luxurious residence characterized by glass walls and an elegant infinity pool with breathtaking views that stretch to the horizon, enhancing the sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Light and Airiness for the Hollywood Villa

The Studio Svetti Architecture, known for interior design projects, has designed the interiors of the luxurious villa with a panoramic view of Downtown Los Angeles, in collaboration with Mary Ta and Lars Hypko, the charismatic owners of Mass Beverly and Minotti LA. Light and airiness were the key words that guided every design choice in this project, creating spaces that exude elegance and modernity.

The infinity pool with breathtaking views

To crown the extraordinary architectural composition of the villa, an infinity pool with breathtaking views is designed, extending to the horizon and enhancing the sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. In the interior design, natural materials and raw elements have been chosen as the main ingredients, giving the spaces a touch of sophistication and authenticity.

A luxury sanctuary with sartorial interiors

Thanks to the large glass walls that invite light to filter in every direction, the atmosphere appears bright and airy. The main task of Studio Svetti Architecture was to maximize the spaces expertly designed by McClean, defining each area with great attention and creating a perfect harmony in an open-space architecture. The interiors were designed to accentuate the beauty of the surrounding environment, maintaining a constant dialogue between the different areas of the villa.

The distribution of spaces

A majestic portal, defined by two marble-clad walls, welcomes guests and leads them towards the living room, characterized by fully glazed walls that allow an immediate connection with the outside. The living room, a celebratory space of the bond between indoor and outdoor, can be accessed via a walkway: the living experience is constantly projected towards the outside.

The outdoor with iconic furnishings

The entertainment areas, located on the lower floor of the villa, continue to maintain a close dialogue with the outside, thanks to the presence of water mirrors interrupted by a suggestive artificial waterfall. Within this water island are iconic outdoor furnishings, adding a touch of exclusivity to the space. In this same area, there is also a bar-lounge, clad in "scratched and hammered" Fossena stone. Finally, the garage has been conceived as a true art gallery, a luxury vault where one can admire the owners' collection of cars and artworks, transforming a simple functional space into a unique visual and aesthetic experience.
