The architecture and design studio Crème designs the spaces around the kitchen of the Israeli restaurant "Mint Kitchen", letting customers witness the care and focus of the chefs on each dish, thanks to the multi-level chairs
The focal point is a Taboon oven, around which there are multi-level seats that create a scenic effect and allow you to watch the preparation of the dishes. The interior has a balance of natural gray and green, the floor is a mixture of cement and wood tinted gray, complemented by walls painted in plaster, oak with metal frame, blackened metal shelves and glass
The lighting is part of the decoration: ropes, pendants and flush-mounted, which accentuates the lighting of the ceiling. The façade of the restaurant has been completely replaced by aluminium glass doors, which open onto the neighbourhood and allow natural light to enter. In the summer months, the outdoor seating is guaranteed
