The design imputs were to realize a large number of residential units with attached services in a very small lot and to give an impetus and a new sign to the city's historic center. To meet the first criterion, one could only think of a building with vertical development, which also allows the use of the remaining outer space urban square. For the second, the architects invent an aesthetic that contrasts with tradition
A new object then, the MORpH, modern in every element and consciously separated from the pre-existing context: a volume is fluid as opposed to traditional cubic ones. The façade is asymmetrical in its heterogeneous structure and is achieved by perforating the monolithic canvas of the wall with loggias and windows and superimposing a stylized, pixelated decorative motif along the entire skin of the building
