The architecture studio kaa-studio designs a house in an old garden in the Czech town of Černošice, in the province of Prague, for a family of four and makes the most of the benefits of the location
There was an old hut in the lot, old orchards in the lower part of the garden and conifers and walnut trees in the upper part. In the concept it was decided that the largest space allowed for the construction of the house will be used, and most of the functions of the house are concentrated on the ground floor
The house is located in the center of the lot, creating two gardens: a sunny orchard to the south and a shady grove to the north. The ground floor is made of ceramic blocks and partitions, on which the whole house is then developed. At the top is a light-colored wooden hut
