Combining materials such as concrete and brick with light volumes in the building's constitution, the construction represents a pleasing mix of strength and delicacy, creating eye-catching visual effects on the facade.
Inside the house, the living room space is enriched by the double-height volume, the overlooking of the courtyard and the large glass window that floods the environment with natural light
The kitchen is also open to an internal courtyard from which it is separated only by a roller blind. It has an eclectic contemporary style: a brutalist style with its rough concrete counter, but also a vintage style thanks to the ceramics used for the floor and walls.
The two interior courtyards offer a sense of serenity that brings great pleasure to those who live in the house. They seem like a private oasis, protected from the neighborhood, where a piece of land and a piece of sky are enough to create a connection with the outside. The living spaces, including the bedrooms are located around the courtyards, with which they remain visually connected through the large glass walls
Elements of the industrial-chic style are scattered throughout the house: the staircase is made of perforated sheet metal, the concrete elements are left rough, the use of gray and black for the walls and coatings as well as the elegant mosaics with triangular tiles used in the bathrooms.
The "balcony garden", which is sunny and luminous is made welcoming by the wooden flooring and the Zen garden. In addition to the balcony, the greenery is introduced into spaces throughout the house and considered as an element that creates a living atmosphere and soothes the human spirit
