The office design was inspired by the breathtaking views from the top of the two IFC towers. One of the challenges of the project was to create a relaxing space, an oasis in the middle of the city, which is why the design expresses the natural and organic forms of Hong Kong's landscape
New design for an office in Hong Kong. Luxury workspace with organic shapes
"Noble Wave" is the name of a luxurious workspace designed by Bean Buro architecture studio for Sapientia Investment, with breathtaking views of the Chinese capital: an oasis in the centre of one of the world's largest and busiest financial districts

The office has an open working area for staff, a meeting room and a private office for the manager. Linking the three spaces is a central sculptural bookcase, which envelops the partition wall, visible from one room to the other thanks to the glass partitions
The work area opens onto a bar area, an area designed for staff socialization. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, the space is flooded with natural light, and it is possible to admire the city's most beautiful sunsets over Hong Kong harbour and the surrounding islands
Bean Buro designed a large bespoke table that could be used by both full-time staff and staff visiting from abroad. The design prompts flexible and interactive working, while offering privacy through a half-height acoustic partition dividing the table
The materials used include cipollino marble and Italian plaster, which are incorporated into the space as subtle luxury accents while also reflecting the company's status in the financial world. More subtle colours and materials, such as light wood, create a relaxing atmosphere and complement this light note of luxury
