An attractive space for workers and clients

The project creates an attractive space for the studio's workers and clients. The dark cherry wood walls and flooring modeled after the Ritz Carlton are renovated. The office is divided into two areas: a front area dedicated to welcoming clients and versatile communal spaces for meetings, entertainment, and leisure; and a more functional and cost-effective area in the back. In the front area, the meeting rooms facing outside are enclosed by large windows to allow natural light to filter deeply

A sculptural U-shaped staircase

In the most public area, you can also find the lawyers' lounge and the area for student interns, as well as spaces for interaction. On the upper level, the law library, the bar, and an open collaborative area are created. It was essential to reserve a convivial space for staff and partners who often work late and have dinner together in the office. The U-shaped staircase that connects the 2 levels is the central element of the project: a golden net wraps around it and characterizes it, making it a visually striking element that encourages its use. A sculptural Moooi chandelier completes the composition

Sophisticated and contemporary environment that respects the client's budget

The skillful use of light makes the office the perfect setting to enjoy the art collection of the studio. Stone, painted glass, LVT flooring, and a selection of custom furniture create a sophisticated and contemporary environment, while respecting the client's budget. Panoramic views of the city, river, and mountains further enrich the space of the reception and client area
