LOT A5A2: modern architecture in the heart of Paris

The project

The grandeur of the project, curated by Anne-Francoise Jumeau Architectes, is evident in its architectural configuration. Adhering to geometric and urban planning regulations, the building is developed on multiple levels, offering a variety of housing solutions. The base accommodates commercial activities and duplex housing, while two towers elegantly rise, housing intermediate and social housing units.

Among the distinctive features of the project stands out the Fulton Marble, a work of art that pays homage to the history and identity of the neighborhood. Made with recycled materials from the demolition of previous buildings, this horizontal marble is integrated into the building foyers, narrating the memory of the place and celebrating its past and present with timeless elegance.

Architecture

Habitability is at the center of the design, with a careful focus on creating bright and welcoming spaces. The accommodations are designed to offer double or triple exposure, ensuring a harmonious connection with the outdoor space through loggias, balconies, and private terraces.

The architecture of the project stands out for its fusion of functionality and aesthetics. The facades facing the street feature a smooth and luminous finish, while the internal ones are enlivened by large windows and balconies with a fluid design. Precious materials such as Paris stone and golden aluminum give a contemporary elegance to the structure.

Sustainability

Many architecture projects are increasingly focused on environmental sustainability, in this case, the theme is at the center of the project, certified with H&E profile A. Through careful planning and the use of innovative technologies, the complex significantly reduces emissions and its impact on the surrounding environment. From the compactness of the structure to the use of renewable energy sources, every detail has been taken care of to ensure optimal energy efficiency.

Landscape

Landscape integration is an integral part of the project, which offers green spaces on all levels of the building. Rooftop gardens and ground-level green areas create an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the city, promoting biodiversity and providing meeting and relaxation places for residents.
