In this area of the city with a strong identity that is frequented more by locals than by tourists, the Pastificio Propaganda stands out from the rest thanks to its old style bistro with bright colors and Mediterranean atmosphere: touches of color of the original ceramics, coming from a demolished Sicilian villa and reworked with new geometries; aged wood processed with wax by expert cabinetmakers; floral fabrics that make you feel welcomed in a rich, lively and informal environment
The advantage of being different. Italian cuisine + architecture embody the slogan "Yes, we can!" in Miami
Italian gastronomic excellence combined with a design concept based on the brilliance of Sicily's traditional colors and textures, create a project of great commitment and satisfaction through the efforts of Roman studio RPM Proget in Miami's emerging Wynwood District

The furnishing of the restaurant has been completed with objects of Sicilian origin; the use of antique mirrors gives the spaces a fascination of a tavern of the early twentieth century; the industrial iron lamps illuminate the tables, leaving the surroundings in a pleasant half-light which induces a feeling of intimacy and makes "the table" the protagonist; large terracotta vases with lemon and orange trees provide that extra touch of " Sicilian character" which perfectly complements the tropical vegetation of Miami
The anecdote that accompanies the name of the restaurant refers to the evocative murals of Shepard Fairey: the one that stands out on the building that houses the bistro "Obey Propaganda" from which it actually takes its name and, by the same world-famous artist, the one where the famous "Yes, we can" was written, which inspired the electoral campaign of Barack Obama. The latter also symbolically represents the victory of the RPM Proget studio over this overseas challenge that required great design and logistical efforts to comply with U.S. regulations and give the Pastificio Propaganda an architectural appearance that would help establish it in Miami's ultra-competitive gastronomic scene
