The village has contributed to the formation of a strong network of local organic farmers, becoming the main source of organic raw materials for Patom products. In this same village, visitors can follow the movement of raw materials from the farm to the product
Architecturally, the Patom Cafe, consisting of a continuous glass façade on three sides, particularly stands out. On one side, the new building overlooks a wooden stage of an amphitheater; on the other, the Patom Cafe enjoys an unparalleled view of the entire village
The slope of the roof has been divided into 4 segments, its geometry rotates around the central column to follow the flow of circulation at ground level while inviting natural light to illuminate the lower part of the roof along all 4 axes. Notably, Terracotta tiles were selected as the roof material for its traditional values and primitive yet intricate installation technique
