The redistribution of space in Pier Lombardo apartment has the primary purpose of expanding the living area, and all this in a full blown show of materials and styles that go from the warmth of wood to the richness of reclaimed marbles and tiles, from the clean lines of the furnishings to the colors used with skillful combination

The blue-colored entrance welcomes the visitor and leads directly to the main space of the apartment: one immediately encounters the kitchen with its large central island with sage green molded doors and marble top, complemented by the wall of columns and countertop in a contrasting darker shade with a mirrored back. The island towers over a carpet of traditional Italian tiles salvaged from the bedroom, and the mirrored plinth reverberates it, reducing the impact of the volume, which seems to levitate
High windows let in light that unites the kitchen side with the living area. From here there is access to a hallway equipped with built-in closets that conceal the laundry area; proceeding further is the master bedroom. A fun and at once chic bathroom is accessible from the entryway. Wallpaper with a plant motif and touches of pink on the walls and ceiling complements the washbasin cabinet with powder-colored fluted doors.
