Integrated functions distributed by an organizational artery

The Uniview Headquarters are one of the corporate architecture projects by the GOA studio, one of the most powerful architectural design institutions in China. They consist of a 22-story administrative tower, an 8-story Research and Development center, and a base-level Center for services and leisure activities. A covered organizational artery flows on the ground floor distributing large user flows smoothly between the multitude of activities and buildings

Nature, light, and architecture interconnected in the hi-tech company headquarters

At the heart of the project site, a large garden excavated below the external street level is connected to the urban park that extends into the high-tech district. While to the south and east, the Uniview Headquarters campus interfaces with the city with a neat design to align with the surrounding urban landscape, to the west a curved cantilevered walkway, 120 meters long and 7 meters wide, connects in an enveloping dialogue the natural elements of the area: the internal garden, the external public park, and the entrances to the Research and Development sector. Two atriums, which act as natural light collectors thanks to the large glass surfaces, complete the architecture of the company headquarters by connecting the tower, the multi-story building with the other project elements

A holistic work environment to foster creativity and collaboration

The pure design and aesthetics that enhance the white structure create an open and vibrant atmosphere for over 5,000 employees. The shared and leisure spaces are numerous: the entire basement serves as a recreational center, housing a cafeteria, a fitness center, a library, a café, and various commercial spaces in an integration of functions that gives rise to a holistic work environment that promotes well-being, creativity, and collaboration
