The design of the house in Kifisia, called Project L, is an excellent example of harmonious integration of architecture with the surrounding natural environment. The building, thanks to its thoughtful use of the terrain, provides residents with comfort and aesthetic experience, while ensuring intimacy and privacy amidst the beauty of nature

Crafting harmony between landscape and living spaces

The plot on which Project L was built is characterized by a strong slope and high planting. Architects from the Aristides Dallas Architects design studio took advantage of the panoramic view of the city from the highest point of the plot, making it a key element of the composition. The concept focuses on the thoughtful arrangement of individual functions in separate volumes. This approach not only allows for optimal use of the land, but also creates a space that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape, while providing residents with comfort and a unique aesthetic experience

Design that maximizes views and comfort

The house, located on the highest point of the site, presents an innovative architectural concept. Its structure consists of a base on which a rectangular volume is placed, acting as a screen for the city view. Placing bedrooms in the base guarantees comfortable rest, while the screen volume performs residential functions, providing grand panoramic views

Integrating spaces for effortless access

The third volume, serving as a connection element between the base and the screen volume, fulfills communication functions. It houses the staircase and the main entrance to the house, ensuring convenience and easy access to different parts of the building

A private oasis of serenity amidst nature

The ground floor part of Project L hides a charming courtyard with a swimming pool, serving as an oasis of serenity for residents, separated from the public spaces. This intimate space serves not only recreational functions but also provides privacy, allowing for relaxation and rest amidst beautiful, natural surroundings
