The open-plan layout enables smooth movement within the office, encouraging casual meetings between colleagues of different expertise. The spaces are flexible and divided thanks to wooden structures
Open design and flexibility. Wooden structures for partitioning office space
The design for Quartz by Desai Chia Architecture aims to meet the needs of a fast-growing studio, with an open-plan office and flexible spaces, where circulation seems to be fluid
The wall where the windows are located has a series of armchairs, a series of conference rooms offers different spaces for meetings, which are more or less numerous, and then there are the so-called "telephone booth" rooms which are used for private calls, interviews or even meditations
The filtering element between the main entrance and the working area is a wooden structure, corrugated, containing a bar, a reception, a reading room. Thanks to these spaces, the culture and the collaborative process of the company are fostered
