Realization of the new dynamic and contemporary Soarma offices

The design for the new Soarma offices in Mexico City integrates all the needs of the dynamic international company by intelligently and stylishly utilizing all 147 square meters available

Colors and materials highlight the company's vocation

The team at ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea has created a corporate space for Soarma where flexibility and productivity are at the heart of the project, in a dynamic and contemporary atmosphere with an industrial flair. The company's logo welcomes visitors, applied on the red container serving as the entrance. This volume, with its significant impact, and the polished concrete floor, serve as the focal points for the entire concept, reflecting the company's vocation dedicated to the import and commercialization of hardware

Optimization of the internal distribution of offices

A central open area fills the entire space with natural light, emphasizing the harmony of the grays contrasted by blue and red accents in the furniture and finishes. The open space enhances the spaciousness of the office, also improving communication and optimizing work processes: there are three operational islands with six workstations each. There are also two semi-private offices divided by a low concrete wall, and three private offices separated by glass partitions with graphics and Japanese letters on each of the doors

Graphics to brand the space

The finishing materials are chosen for their ability to evoke sensations: movement in the open space is created by the vinyl flooring with triangles in four different colors; neutrality and focus in the private offices with smooth surfaces and shades of gray. On the walls, decorative graphics of the company's activities stand out; the columns feature stylized graphics of the continents, emphasizing Soarma's international character, and in the offices, the diagrams of Tokyo's train network color the walls. A sense of unity is provided by the black aluminum baseboard that runs along the entire perimeter of the offices

Technological details and coffee break

Lighting, air conditioning, closed-circuit cameras, and surround sound system are integrated into the lowered gypsum ceilings. Finally, a coffee station set up on a polished black granite counter invites everyone to take the right break that optimizes and encourages both well-being and productivity
