Despite the large size of the building, the construction has a light appearance, which manages to be in harmony with the landscape
The concrete basement, on which the rectangular structure rests, is used as a space for 16 garages, a fitness room and accommodation cellars
The two floors above are divided into eight residential units, which are made with a lightweight timber load-bearing system and a structure made of spruce plywood, on the flat roof and on the ceiling
LignoAlp has skilfully managed to find the right balance between aesthetic taste and technological innovation, interpreting the imprint of Ticinese architecture
The entire building enjoys high standards of well-being and high quality of living, resulting from the use of advanced technical equipment and the use of raw materials with low environmental impact
