Despite the legend that advises against designing a friend's house, Nomade Architettura e interior design dispel this myth by happily completing the restyling of Casa Amar, whose owners are close friends of Selina Bertola, the founder of the studio. The floor plan has remained almost unchanged, while the interior project focuses particularly on lighting, finishing materials, and furnishings, achieving a lively and enveloping final effect that reflects the energy of the inhabitants

Casa Amar is the Milanese home of an Italian-Moroccan couple who are engaged in the importation of high-quality Moroccan rugs, with a particular emphasis on the sustainability of their production
The living area is enhanced with a mural intentionally adorned with vibrant colors and Moroccan references, seemingly drawing a sun that illuminates the room. Custom-made furniture is designed, creating a bookcase-divider towards the entrance. The living room also receives new gold wall lamps and a chandelier that hangs above the dining table
The hallway leading to the sleeping area has been intentionally adorned with wallpaper that covers part of the walls and the ceiling, creating a captivating and magical effect. From here, you enter the master bedroom characterized by soft colors and delicate North African accents, as well as the children's room enriched with watercolor-effect wallpaper and ample furniture made of Vienna straw and wood, designed to store both clothes and toys
