The multifunctional piece of furniture Ritmo is a design by Elementi Bottega that combines elegance and practicality, like all the design projects from this Roman design studio. Made of solid cherry wood and birch plywood. The brass inserts, refined cone-shaped knobs, and the transparent glass top highlight the careful intersection between compartments and drawers, offering a solution of intelligent and functional design.

Designed to optimize space without sacrificing style, Ritmo is a versatile addition suitable for any room in the house. With compact dimensions of 50 cm x 50 cm in width and 65 cm in height, the piece utilizes every side to offer various storage solutions: drawers, compartments, and functional surfaces that cater to multiple daily needs.

Each face has its function

The structure features four faces, each with a specific function. The first one includes a fold-down table, ideal as a work surface or support surface, accompanied by a spacious drawer, perfect for storing blankets or other bulky items.

The second face has a small drawer, perfect for storing remote controls or glasses, and a custom-designed compartment for vinyl records or magazines, while the third face offers a small bookshelf and an additional drawer for everyday items.

Lastly, the fourth face is dedicated to conviviality: a pull-out drawer can hold up to four bottles, while two deeper drawers are ideal for wine glasses and flutes. Hidden wheels allow you to move the furniture with ease, always maintaining maximum functionality.

Quality Materials and Aesthetic Continuity

The combination of materials, the birch plywood for the supporting structure and the solid cherry wood that wraps it with its warm veins, has been designed to ensure stability and aesthetic continuity. Ritmo is made from a single cherry wood board, in order to reduce waste and enhance the natural beauty of the wood.

To offset the pollution generated during the production of the Ritmo furniture, a collaboration with the Treedom platform was initiated in the year 2022, to offset the CO2 emissions from production by planting new trees around the world. Ritmo is more than just a piece of furniture: it is a compact work station, a corner for relaxation and sharing, and a statement of sustainable design.
