Salmon Avenue, an architecture designed as a manifesto to represent the beauty of raw concrete

Salmon Avenue by FGR Architects aims to be a manifesto of design in its traditional neighborhood. The building plays on the contrast between the northern wing in concrete, which houses the more private spaces, and the southern wing in glass, which houses the living area.

The imposing raw concrete facade

The imposing facade of Salmon Avenue, made of prefabricated concrete, immediately stands out on the street. Designed by FGR Architects, a studio specialized in architecture projects and contemporary design, the Villa becomes a simple and brutal example of the beauty of raw concrete. A strong design language is expressed through the combination of solid slabs of concrete and glass supported by black steel frames.

The transparent contrast of the back

In contrast to the front of the house, the back is very open and transparent to let in light - in the kitchen and living area. Outside, the glass pavilion overlooks a 15-meter pool with a large outdoor area, ideal for entertaining guests or providing play and relaxation space for children.
