Salmon Avenue's imposing, precast concrete facade immediately stands out on the street and is carefully crafted by FGR Architects to showcase the beauty of concrete in a simple and blunt way. A strong design language is expressed through the combination of solid cement slabs and glass supported by black steel frames
Salmon Avenue, an architecture designed as a manifesto to represent the beauty of raw concrete
Salmon Avenue by FGR Architects is intended to be a manifesto of design within its traditional neighborhood. The building makes use of the contrast between the concrete north wing that houses the more private spaces and the glazed south wing that houses the residential areas

In contrast to the front of the house, the back is very open and transparent in order to let the light in - in the kitchen and in the living area. Outside, the glazed pavilion overlooks a 15 metre swimming pool with a large outdoor area that is ideal for entertainment or to provide space for children to play
