The triangular plot and urban planning constraints determine the volume of the building. The orthogonal plan scheme Srebarna 18 conceived by STARH allows for a defined design and functional living spaces for the residential complex, which features a white limestone frame, the lymra

The square geometry of Srebarna 18 calms the dynamic volume and lends precision and order to the building. The relationship between the materials, an aluminum composite with a copper and glass finish, develops according to the geographical directions and function of the interior spaces
The materials and colors of the building were chosen in harmony with the context, dominated by the nearby office center. Despite the complex urban planning parameters and their limitations, which represented the greatest challenge of this project, no compromises were made in architectural design and function. All details are carefully thought out to emphasize the balanced architectural concept of Srebrna 18
Functionally, the building consists of two basement floors and eight above ground. The first floor is used entirely for commercial premises. These are flats with a clear, clean layout and good exposure.
The construction of the building employs high-level plant technology and materials supplied by market leaders in the sector. The materials used ensure a visual and functional quality of living environment with minimal maintenance costs over time
