In Collalbo, near Bolzano, Messner Architects Studio designs its own studio restructuring an open space and dividing the internal space by inserting two mere parallels, completely covered in wood, which incorporate all the functions.

All three zones have a second level which is reached by a wooden staircase. To build the storage shelves, the wood from the previous parquet floor was used
The distinctive feature of this building, however is its large windows on the south facade, which are real "collectors of light", which break through part of the canopy to allow the light to enter from above. They are real slats, which become a decorative structural element
