The building designed by Rhode Partners consists of a rectangular tower superimposed on a lowered basement that serves as a parking garage and is organized around a central core that optimizes distribution flows. This compact central core was necessary because of the site area of less than 3 acres and allows the maximum amount of net leasable square footage to be used within a strict internal subdivision
