The exclusive apartment is spread over two floors: the velvety touch, which characterizes both levels, branches out into all the rooms, constituting the common thread of the luxury interiors.
The first level: the scenic entrance to the living area.
The first floor is mainly composed of a large open space, including a kitchen, living room, and relaxation area with a fireplace. The space is illuminated with brightness and elegance thanks to the choice of Ariostea floors, the kitchen combines functionality and design, and the boiserie combined with lines of light personalize the spaces.
The staircase: the keystone of space.
The nubuck skin and a special lighting that recalls the New York style characterize the imposing staircase. A contemporary design that transforms a passage area into a central element of the project.
The second level: the sleeping area, a temple of rest.
The upper floor is divided into a master bedroom and bathroom, spacious walk-in closets, a laundry room, and other utility rooms. The bathroom is meticulously designed with special attention to color combinations, mirror play, and lighting.

The protagonists of the project are undoubtedly the materials: from details in nubuck leather to bronzed profiles, from hazelnut-toned parquet to white marble-effect ceramics. All accompanied by custom-made furnishings, which have made each space unique and special.
