The project was inspired by the desire of a young Slovenian family who are living abroad and dreaming of a home in their region of origin for the occasions when they return home

Best wooden construction of 2016 at national level, the wooden house, thanks to the large window that characterizes it, reduces the distance between inside and outside, while ensuring a warm and welcoming environment inside
The house is located close to their city, on the edge of a wooded clearing with trees in the background and fits perfectly into the context thanks to the use of wood as the dominant material
The design of the house is generally very simple, except for the oblique side facade which is the distinctive feature
With the exception of the bathroom, all rooms overlook the large window, enhancing the internal-external relationship. The bedrooms are on the first floor while everything else, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor
It is a house with full comfort, which is in perfect harmony with the natural surrounding
