The building is designed in the form of a Kouros, a statuary monument, which "protects" and indicates the access to the city. In the layout of its façade, the building represents the passage of time and as if they were different layers, the elevations that have defined the different types of cities are depicted

Fran Silvestre Arquitectos studio has created this project proposal with the aim of creating a model building, capable of traversing time and with its organic forms, adapting to physical conditions, making the most of its capabilities
Two towers with a common connection core can be identified. The curved geometry and the intense rising sun make the gradient of shadows favour its subtle perception. At the base of the tower is the commercial area, at the top of which are located the common areas of the building, the swimming pool, the gym, etc.
The floor plan of each tower contains six houses per floor, with an orthogonal geometry. The space between the regular layout and the circular plan is used to " design " the terraces and also to provide the necessary protection from the sun. The layout of these outdoor spaces facilitates the maintenance of the external woodwork
The penthouses are located at the end of only one of the two towers, while the other one contains the common areas. The structure is based on a rigid central core from which the layout of the floors starts, thus facilitating the creation of a simple structure. The facade is designed using a solid surface, a ventilated facade system, anchored to the supporting structure
