Single-family villa on one floor: a luxury and sustainability project

Located on a large plot of land, this single-family villa interprets architecture in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. The project was born from the union of two lots and extends over a single, generous floor, designed to adapt to the curves of the terrain. The structure, with its horizontal aesthetic, offers not only greater fluidity of spaces but also superior ergonomics, thus meeting the needs of those who will inhabit it daily.

A refined and functional design

Organized into three main areas, the villa perfectly balances privacy and conviviality. The living area is located to the south, with a cozy living area, a large open kitchen with dining room, overlooking the garden and connected to the outside through large windows. On the quieter opposite side, the sleeping area houses five bedrooms, designed to offer intimacy and comfort. The master bedroom, with its private bathroom and walk-in closet, is a small sanctuary of luxury. The third area is dedicated to services: a spacious garage and a technical area that houses the modern technologies of the home.

Light as the protagonist

The heart of the house is an internal courtyard, a glassed oasis that allows abundant natural light to enter and represents the visual focal point of the villa. Here, an ornamental plant lives in harmony with the architecture, reflecting the sun's rays and creating shadow plays that enrich the space. This central courtyard is not only a source of light but also serves as a point of orientation for the internal spaces, organizing pathways and providing cohesion to the areas.

Sustainable Solutions and High-Quality Materials

The structure of the villa is built with cross-laminated timber panels (CLT), an ecological material that ensures stability and robustness. In addition to the structural benefits, the choice of CLT helps reduce emissions and makes the project more sustainable. The roof and load-bearing walls, with their large openings, allow for perfect natural lighting and a panoramic view of the green surroundings, providing a sense of openness and freedom.

A space that blends with nature

The spacious garden, with a heated pool and outdoor relaxation areas, surrounds the house offering continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. The layout of the outdoor areas is designed to maximize privacy and promote moments of pure relaxation, while carefully positioned plants along the perimeter emphasize the entrance and make the path to the house an almost ceremonial experience.
