The building was designed, prefabricated and assembled by Lignoalp and is divided into five levels, two basements and three stands. On the ground floor, the living room facing the south is equipped with wooden Venetian blinds to protect privacy
The sleeping area is located just above the living room and is covered with clay plaster, which contributes to the climate balance and is ecological and subtle, just like the elements that have always characterized the choices made by the South Tyrolean company Lignoalp
The terrace also oriented southwards is distinguished by its larch coating: the wood has been heat hardened, a procedure that keeps the material intact by changing only the surface and giving it the typical dark and elegant color
The inverted roof can be accessed directly from the terrace - a further aesthetic feature of this property. A project that combines the aesthetic pleasantness of the larch cladding with the particular stability of the X-Lam wood panel structure, characterized by optimal anti-seismic performance
