The building looks like a white cube, whose roof overlooks a large terrace with a volume covered in wood. The villa which is currently owned by several owners residing on each floor is surrounded by a garden and similar houses
The extension includes a dining area and living room, including a covered parking lot and a bicycle garage. The T-shaped extension on one side creates a roof that can be used as a parking lot and supports the terrace that can be used by the owners on the first floor on the other side
The cantilevered roof over the car park and ramp is covered with light green Perspex panels. A glass volume is located between the existing villa and the project, while a large panoramic window opens onto the garden and the entrance courtyard. The most important material is whitened larch wood, which is the coating for the new extension
An elegant and harmonious architecture capable of asserting its own identity, not neglecting the ongoing communication and the priority of the person concerned with his needs
