The exclusive residence is located on a hill just a few kilometers from Barcelona and offers a spectacular view of the sea. The interior design studio Enrica Mosciaro has worked on the project, enhancing all the structural features of the Villa.
The U-shaped layout follows the elongated shape of the lot, dividing into various volumes. Each volume features a gabled roof that, at the intersection points, creates a skylight that illuminates the underlying spaces.
The ground floor is characterized by vertical panels of marble of different types and colors, alternated with full-height windows. The marble emerges from the vegetation of the garden and the water of the pool.
The interior floors are made of oak wood, a material also used on various vertical surfaces and on the ceilings of sloping roofs.
Architects have embraced the challenge of designing a luxurious house without going overboard, using combinations of unusual materials while maintaining balance and sobriety.
