The site of the project located in the medieval historical centre of Empordà in Girona was occupied by an old house in a state of ruin, which is being renovated by the architectural firm ARQUITECTURA-G, which preserves some original stone walls
The sleeping area is on the ground floor, which is connected by a central spiral staircase from the common areas on the first floor. The interior has three large windows overlooking the medieval walls and the sky
