UNStudio redesigns the entrance area of a tower in Amsterdam, built in 2009 by creating a flexible space capable of adapting to various events, both informal meetings and larger events to establish a strong identity for the building

Thanks to the flexibility of the original architectural design, it was possible to make changes. The new project continues in the same vein, designing a flexible and welcoming space in the entrance area, suitable for both informal meetings and larger events
The new design gives the building a strong identity: the chandelier, composed of Corion surfaces and copper tubes, guides people from outside into the hall. The reactive lighting illuminates the chandelier, projecting different atmospheres according to the days and seasons of the year. The materials used bring warmth to the interior, with wooden floors, textile walls and built-in furniture
