EMC Architects

Enrico Maria Cicchetti was born in Rome in 1968. He graduated from Valle Giulia, the architecture department of University "La Sapienza" in Rome in 1996. By 1987, he was working under the design guidance of his father Renzo Cicchetti and his granfather Antonio Cicchetti Architect gaining a wealth of practical experience while assisting his father on various building sites. He conducted further studies and work experience in both Asia and America, completing his academic and professional education between 1997 and 2000. While in Japan he met Tadao Ando, a man who would exert a strong positive influence on his career. In 2000, he began to lead a close-knit group of like-minded professionals from several fields that would later join him in all his national and international projects.The principle guiding Enrico Maria Cicchetti and his group is to provide on-site support together with time- and cost-effective tailored solutions. The groups' synergy allows for an integrated planning approach during every phase of the project and strives to create a well-thought-out space that considers every functional, aesthetic and technical aspect
