The designer of the Chalet Annapurna project is the architect Iwan Kiechler from the Abgottspon Edwin Architekt studio, specialized in the restoration and enhancement of traditional mountain architecture since 1998
The entire structure was made of old wood while "murogeopietra", an excellent blend of reconstructed stone and mortar, was the focal point of the cladding. The continuous interweaving of stone and wood that brings back authenticity to the atmosphere of the Swiss chalet has characterized the traditional external facades and interior spaces
The large windows spread over the five floors of the lodge, as well as offering a panoramic view of the entire valley below to ensure an excellent degree of brightness to all interiors
Every detail has been established in order to ensure the utmost living comfort for those who will be living here. Inside the structure there are luxurious rooms with private bathrooms, large living rooms with a fireplace, high-tech kitchens with a personal chef but also an indoor and outdoor pool, private SPA with hammam, a Turkish bath and saunas
The architect Iwan Kiechler's intervention is striking for its consistency with the traditional style while creating a refined and elegant environment as well
