The 150-square-meter penthouse is the achievement of a custom, multi-level interior renovation. The elle2 project stems from the client's desire to have a fluid and continuous space characterized by different materials through a careful selection of special finishes and furnishings. By eliminating the attic floor, the penthouse almost doubled the volume of the living area of the house, making it airy and elegant

Everything is designed with the intention of disappearing, as the space is the real protagonist and welcomes within it the sweetness of the Montefeltro hills
A balcony running along the entire west wing connects the two living areas (the living room and dining room), creating a continuum between outside and inside and amplifying the large open space. This continuity is also underscored by the cement mortar floor that spans the entire walkable surface as a single slab, continuing outside where it becomes draining and features a larger diameter grain size
The minimalism generated by the floor is also found in the kitchen and in the choice of its finishes. Inside the kitchen, only the cuts of the vertical wall units and the grooves of the drawers of the central island, which stands out in the center of the room like a monolith, are evident. The flush doors, in the absence of trim, follow the same concept and minimalist design, making the composition of the space even more fluid
Within the design, the choice of color scale enhances the sense of openness and continuity of the spaces. Working with the grayscale allowed us to avoid strong breaking effects in the space: the fireplace itself is so integrated into the wall that it is in perfect symbiosis with it. The third dimension is perceived only by the presence of a sharp and precise cut that gives dynamism to the whole space
