The building was designed by the South Tyrolean company Vario-Haus. It is a low energy consumption structure of the Ecoline line, the ecological and efficient series line characterized by a frame structure with a wooden wall thickness of 319 mm and a thermal insulation made of mineral wool with a thickness of 180 mm
The basic package of the Ecoline line by Vario-Haus, characterized by the best equipment and extras already in the basic package for raw materials, includes the use of a 17 cm thick screed with a background on the support raft and on the floors. The roof is covered with Sedum, a greasy plant that covers and isolates the house from the most extreme temperatures during the winter
In the case of the numerous windows that illuminate the large surface of the house with natural light, it was decided to use triple glazing with low emissions, which represents another effective tool for thermal insulation and energy saving
The project is a testament to the coherence of the family, which with this type of structure confirms its commitment to implementing sustainable solutions in complete respect of the environment and the health of those who live there
