A tropical Bar Botanique scene, designed by the Modijefsky Studio and created using refreshing interiors and floral decorations. Double high windows cover the entire facade of the angular building and extend into the interior, becoming the focal point of the design
The space has been divided using railings in a playful way. Inspired by the old coffee railings, the new ones reach the high ceiling and create a free path between the bar and the lounge area. Oak covers much of the floor, combined with bright green concrete that naturally connects the different areas of the interior. Located on two levels, ground floor and basement, the dining room is separated from the rest of the interior. Warm pink walls, a floral-print table and green velvet walls give the basement a special touch
Historically the place was a gym and later a local cafe so the new interior takes much of its identity from its past. New elements suspended inside are added such as geometrical rings that contain plants and geometric shapes that blend in with organic motifs, glass shelves with luminous tubes and furniture details that respect the past
The botanical sensation of space is visible in the combination of colours and organic shapes that form the front of the bar, the rear wall of the bar, the suspended furniture and the lights. The plants have a strong presence inside. Palms, philodendron, ferns create an ever-changing interior. Highlighted with lamps, the plants create dramatic effects on the ceiling and walls, while the sun sets the shadows becoming more present and the life of the bar begins
