STARH architects design an architectural volume that speaks of ascendancy through its white facade elements. The spatial composition, on the other hand, is the result of analysis of the surrounding area. The building's soft and elegant forms integrate it fluidly into the limited urban space of the city center
The BGA Building. It is not just corporate headquarters but also HOME to a successful business
BGA is a corporate building located on a corner lot in the city center of Varna, Bulgaria. Designed to correspond entirely to the company's needs, its design symbolically encodes the growing success of the business

Functionally, the design for the BGA company includes two underground floors that house parking spaces and six floors above ground: at street level is a welcoming foyer with reception; the next five floors are occupied by office space, organized according to the company's needs. The BGA building has a beamless reinforced concrete structure with only three vertical construction elements allowing maximum flexibility in the organization of interior space
Cutting-edge, smart solutions were used for the building's technological and infrastructural design: energy efficiency is ensured by the Schuco FWS CV60 façade system with highly selective Guardian triple glazing; white façade elements are made of Krion, an innovative acrylic stone that allows sophisticated three-dimensional shapes to be obtained by thermoforming
