The project of Arch. Poles of the studio Graphos-ds reinterprets in a modern key some typical elements of that spontaneous traditional local architecture, dedicated to the conduction of funds. One of the most usual rural typologies in which the rustic outbuilding interpenetrates with the residential volume, finds its own echo in this new architecture

The layout of the new dwelling is characterized by two simple volumes with gabled roofs, with differentiated heights and particularly characterized by the materials used.
The two-level volume has interesting distinctive elements on the facade. Horizontal and vertical bands obtained with wooden infill panels between the windows give the dwelling a more modern appearance, a more rigorous and essential character while maintaining the consistency of overall style
It certainly attracts attention for its natural split stone cladding the lower volume that extends its baffles to form the interior patio. A small balcony enclosed between the roof tiles intimately unites the two bodies.
From the gate, a path characterized by the 'use of local natural stone slabs leads to the entrance of the house, where it welcomes an airy living area.
A wooden staircase with a glass parapet leads to the second floor reserved for the sleeping area
