The building has three floors and is made of ceramic structural walls, on which now rests a new light wood structure for the roof. We tried not to replace the materials both for economic reasons and for the respect of the pre-existing buildings

The fir finish for the structural walls gives warmth to the upper floor, all other walls are painted white. The suspended steel staircase seeks lightness and is not an obstacle to the brightness of the floor
The facade retains its original color, and an exterior gallery makes it possible to control the incidence of sunlight and improve privacy. A light steel structure separates the facade from a series of folding wooden slats and reinterprets the conventional balcony and curtains
