The single-family house built in 2007 by the parents was elevated to create a new independent housing unit to be used as an apartment for their daughter
The concept behind the project starts from the desire to create domestic spaces in continuity with each other while being open to the landscape allowing a certain intimacy and privacy
In this sense, the building is a large space divided into rooms in continuity with small patios.
A new feature that defines the structure of the house is a central block covered with walnut slats that joins and divides the internal functions and which in turn contains the lift shaft and the bathrooms
CN10 Architetti has created a modern apartment that is suitable for the client's living needs and complete with every comfort
